FBLA는 미국 중·고등학생을 위한 비즈니스 교육·리더십 단체다. 학생은 자기 학교에 있는 FBLA 챕터에 들어가 활동하고, 회계·마케팅·경제·창업·정보기술 같은 분야에서 종목별 경연(competitive events)에 나간다. 대회는 지역에서 시작해 주(state)를 거쳐 전국(National Leadership Conference)까지 올라간다. 이 단계별 경연에 리더십 컨퍼런스와 진로 교육 프로그램이 붙어 돌아간다.

What it is
FBLA is a U.S. student organization for middle and high schoolers focused on business education and leadership. You join through an FBLA chapter at your own school, then compete in events spanning accounting, marketing, economics, entrepreneurship, and IT.
